Delicious Carvery Dinner
Dinner at the attached restaurant was fantastic! The carvery had a wide selection of meats and delicious vegetables. I was pleased with the choice of a larger table when I asked for it, allowing my family to enjoy the meal together. The food was fresh and satisfying.

I had a decent stay at the hotel, which served as a convenient stopover during our AC/DC concert trip. The rooms were comfy and warm, though the breakfast experience left something to be desired with limited options. The location was quite accessible off the motorway, making it easy to get to Glasgow city center. Unfortunately, the service could be hit or miss, as I encountered long waits during check-in and some awkward interactions with the bar staff.

The full cooked breakfast was decent but the continental service ended too early for us.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Donald, went out of their way to ensure our comfort, making our trip very enjoyable. The facilities were great, and the breakfast was a fantastic value at just £3.99. However, there were some minor issues in the room I initially received, and noise from outside at night was a bit disturbing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d definitely consider returning.

Initially, I was put in a disabled room which was quite spacious but had some maintenance issues like hanging light fixtures and toilet roll holders. I requested a room change to better suit our needs, and I appreciated the staff's willingness to accommodate that.

I had a pleasant stay overall, with exceptional service from the staff and a good dining experience. The rooms were comfortable but showed signs of aging, needing a bit of a refresh. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions, making it convenient for our trip. However, the breakfast offered the same options every day, which could be improved for variety.

The room was spacious and generally clean, though it was starting to look a bit dated and the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.

Location
9.0
The location was ideal, just a short walk from Strathclyde Park and right next to a Toby's Carvery, which made dining convenient.
Dining

The evening meal was good, and the breakfast had a decent selection, but it was the same every day, which could get boring.
Facilities

The facilities were adequate, but the building does show its age and could use some updates to enhance the experience.

I had a decent stay at the Innkeepers Lodge, which is conveniently located near major motorways. The room was spacious and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, although it did show some signs of age. The dining options at the Toby next door were surprisingly better than I expected, but the environment could have been tidier. Overall, it was a value-for-money experience, especially for a short stay.
Rooms
7.0
Our family room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The shower was good, offering plenty of hot water, but I did notice the room was a bit dated.

Service was generally good, with the staff at Toby being particularly obliging and welcoming, despite the busy atmosphere.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic for travelers, just off the M8 and M74, making it really easy to find, though you do need a vehicle to reach nearby shops and cafes.
Dining
6.0
Dining at the Toby was a mixed bag; they had a good selection but the dining area was a bit cluttered and could use more attention.
Facilities

The facilities were satisfactory, meeting basic needs for an overnight stay, but some updates would enhance the overall experience.

The hotel offers decent value for the price, especially with its proximity to the motorway. The rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable, though a bit outdated. The dining experience at the on-site carvery is enjoyable, but noise from the motorway can be disruptive at times. Overall, it's a suitable choice for a stopover but has room for improvement.
